I figured out what was actually important to me and what I really wanted.
I started tuning into my purpose and listening to my body.
I stopped working til late every night.
I started to take days off.
I stopped beating myself up over little things.
I started to meditate.
I actually slowed down a little.
Then,
I started to see things from a new perspective.
I created new habits and beliefs that were empowering instead of belittling.
I let go of old resentments.
I started practicing and new more positive way of thinking and of living.
I began to see failure as an opportunity for growth.
I shifted away from blame, shame and judgment to acceptance.
I started to TRUST.
And my body began to heal.
